How do I file a claim?
You can simply hand your Allstate Health Insurance card in at your doctors office or you can do it online. The submit a claim page can be found on the Allstate health website under Existing Customers. You'll need your ID card. Follow the on screen instructions, and submit any paperwork with the links provided
